Returns
You have 15 days of a calendar to return an item from the time you received it. The requirements for a successful return are that the item must have never been used, stay in the same condition as it was originally sent, and still be inside the original packaging. The report needs to show a receipt or any other evidence of you purchasing the item.
Refunds
When we do get your item, it is going to be put through a quality check and you will be made aware that it has been received back. We will update you on the status of the returning coming soon after evaluating the product you have returned.
Classified as justifiable, your fund will be back and we will initiate a refund to your original means of payment. You will be billed within a specific period which could be anywhere between a few days to a month depending on your program’s credit policy.
Shipping
You will be liable to ship the item back to us and cover their delivery back to us. If you get a refund, the cost of airmail will be deducted from your refund.
